It is quite difficult to understand for Europeans, Asians or Africans who grew to believe that a beehive is more important than a single bee. In America the bee is more important. I love this country because it didn’t demand anything from me. Because I didn’t have to sing hymns to any leader or movement or fate. Because words “do not ask what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country” were wonderful colorful and inspiring… words. I have heard same words from the Soviet Leaders and every socialist organizer that ever was.
